Amus Kerstin Andersson, violin, is an alternate section leader in the Stockholm Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. She has over the years assumed many other leading positions in Swedish music scene: concertmaster of the Swedish Chamber Orchestra, Stockholm Sinfonietta and the Norrköping Symphony Orchestra.
Amus Kerstin's breadth and versatility have resulted in a number of cross-over projects of semi-theatrical character. She has performed chamber music with, among others, Håkan Hagegård, Elisabeth Bostrom and Roland Pöntinen. Alongside her own violin career she is in demand as a teacher and pedagogue. She works with individual pupils as well as with larger ensembles and workshops. This will be her first appearance in Allhelgonakyrkan.
