Information about the artist

Martin Sturfält, piano, studied at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm and Guildhall School of Music in London. He is a frequent guest soloist with both Swedish and international symphony orchestras and is a devoted chamber musician. He has performed at the Stockholm Concert Hall, Wigmore Hall, Barbican Hall, Royal Festival Hall and Purcell Room in London and the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam. His recording of works by Stenhammar for Hyperion Records has been especially praised by critics. Martin Sturfält has appeared several times in Allhelgonakyrkan latest in February this year.
